What we do
RideShare AU is a free matching service only. We connect commuters — we do not organise, operate, or participate in any carpooling arrangement. All arrangements are made directly between users.
What we don't do
We do not process payments, guarantee matches, verify user identities, or take any responsibility for arrangements made between matched users.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for any arrangement you enter into with another user. Use your own judgement when meeting someone new. Always meet in a public place first.
Cost sharing
Any cost sharing arrangement is entirely between you and your matched commuter. RideShare AU provides a suggested reference range only and is not party to any financial arrangement.
Limitation of liability
RideShare AU is provided free of charge as a community tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, damage or harm arising from use of this service or from any arrangement made between users.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
